Cancellation & Refund Policy

ENVIRONMENT, FOREST & CLIMATE CHANGE COMMISSION believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore follows a transparent and customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 6–8 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the processing or delivery has been initiated.
  • Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, or similar goods.

Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Refunds or replacements may be provided if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, customers are requested to report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 6–8 days of receiving the product.
  • The request will be reviewed after verification by the merchant, and an appropriate resolution will be provided.
  • If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, the issue must be reported within 6–8 days of receipt.
  • For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly.

Refund Processing

In case a refund is approved by ENVIRONMENT, FOREST & CLIMATE CHANGE COMMISSION, the refund amount will be processed within 6–8 business days and credited to the original mode of payment.
