Cancellation & Refund Policy
ENVIRONMENT, FOREST & CLIMATE CHANGE COMMISSION believes in helping its customers as far as possible and
therefore follows a transparent and customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within
6–8 days of placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the
vendors/merchants and the processing or delivery has been initiated.

Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, or similar goods.
Refund & Replacement Policy

Refunds or replacements may be provided if the customer establishes that the quality of the product
delivered is unsatisfactory.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, customers are requested to report the issue to our
Customer Service Team within 6–8 days of receiving the product.

The request will be reviewed after verification by the merchant, and an appropriate resolution will be provided.

If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, the issue must be
reported within 6–8 days of receipt.

For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly.
Refund Processing
In case a refund is approved by ENVIRONMENT, FOREST & CLIMATE CHANGE COMMISSION,
the refund amount will be processed within 6–8 business days and credited to the original
mode of payment.
